I'm not good at writing critiques nor am I a better artist then you but
I think the head is a bit too small or too 'gentle' for the neck, or actually the neck is the problem because is not fitting the rest of the body proportions, but as I can remember you don;t do these kinds oif mistakes too often.
The hand seems too big aslo. The hairstyle might seem good to some, might seem bad to others, because it's very hard to pronounce about it when there are so many derivations of this kind of hairstyle.
I love how you draw the eyes, and aslo the colors, they aren't just a few but they find their places on the picture so nice.
In the end I gotta say every piece you post is awesome, I love your style, I love the emotions, it just shows how true art is. You are a great artist and I think I'm not the only one getting inspired by what you do.
